If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt refund. All returns must be accompanied with an (RMA#) and be received back within 30 days of your original purchase shipping date (The original ship date and order notification was provided to you by e-mail). Please indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Attach the return label from the front of your packing slip and ship to the address indicated on the label. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the address that is stated in the RMA# e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. OWNERSHIPThe ownership of one square meter of land is accomplished by the
Green Globe Tara Unit Trust. Buying a GreenPoint - one square meter
of land – initiates a contractual relationship between Green Globe
Pty Ltd and the owner. The owner has, upon receipt of the ownership
certificate, to confirm acceptance of the Trust agreement by logging
in on the website as instructed in the letter that accompanies the
certificate. This will complete the ownership process. The instrument of a unit trust to determine ownership has the facility to assign ownership to a specific (apparent with unique geometrical coordinates) lot of the land. The registration of the specific lot that someone owns is done on a central databases, controlled by the Trustee (Green Globe Pty Ltd). A copy of this database is publicly accessible on Green Globe’s website, by means of ‘The Grid’. The Green Globe Tara Unit Trust can be found here (pdf format). This trust is formally lodged at Queensland Brisbane Office of State Revenue under lodgment number BRISBANE 012 196 154-6 This trust fulfills the requirements of the Hague Convention of 1 July 1985 on the Law Applicable to Trusts and on their Recognition RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF OWNERSThe owner of a GreenPoint – one square meter of land – has the right to prevent any activities on their lot other than greening as outlined in the next section. The owner has no additional rights, and can not use the land for any purpose. The owner of a GreenPoint – one square meter of land – has the duty to make their lot available for greening as outlined in the next section. The owner has no financial duties like land taxes, greening, and maintenance of the land. These costs will be paid by Green Globe Pty Ltd. GREENINGThe GreenPoints – square meters of land – that are sold will be subject to ‘greening’. This greening has the aim to bring back the land in an ‘ecologically good shape’. This means planting native trees and vegetation, and protecting the land from any other use (like e.g. farming, building, planting for wood production, etc.). Green Globe is responsible for this greening process. Green Globe will consult one or more experts on establishing healthy ecosystems, and ask for guidance for this particular piece of land, and will actually execute the greening. For more information about this see the greening page. Green Globe cannot be held responsible in case the greening turns
out to be unsuccessful by any cause, including fire, flooding, diseases,
government regulations, etc. The Greening process will start area by area. Areas contain 2000 GreenPoints (m2). An area has to be ‘occupied’ (sold i.e.) by at least 85% before Green Globe will start greening this particular area. New areas, after the two initial areas, will not be opened for sale until greening started in one of the other areas. Areas and individual lots that are not sold might be greened as well (to be decided by Green Globe), but will NOT be used for any purpose that might damage the environment. Greened areas will, if needed, be maintained by Green Globe Pty Ltd, or by local partners. Green Globe has, at any time, the right to transfer the obligations of maintenance and greening to a third party, without altering the ultimate purpose however: improvement or prevention of degradation of the environment. Green Globe has, at any time, the right to stop maintaining the land, but has to prevent any activity that decreases the health of the environment. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."
